1. Numbers appearing when typing letters into a web browser - this is a conflict with the anti-keylogging built into the latest ID Vault release and anti-keylogging already installed. To fix, go to Programs/Features or Add/Remove software control panel, highlight "GuardedID," click to remove/uninstall, and restart your computer. Your exisitng anti-keylogging remains, and only that one ID Vault feature is removed. All other ID Vault features including virtual keyboard will remain active.

2. To Move from the original plug-in version to Premier or Portable Editions - see FAQs, Keywords: "Migration," or "Transfer."

3. Billing and Subscription issues - see FAQs, Keywords: "cancel," "refund," "billing," "renew," etc.

4. Uninstall/Install/Downloads - see FAQs, Keywords: "uninstall," "install," "remove," etc.

5. AOL/ID Vault trial subscribers - see FAQs, Keywords: "aol"

6. "Other" accounts not adding to the ID Vault list - see FAQs, Keywords: "Account isn't being added."

7. ID Vault - branded device incompatible with Windows 7 - see FAQs, Keywords: "Windows 7."

Tip #1 - Don't forget to Backup your log-on/password information, and keep it somewhere safe - see FAQs keyword: "backup," or "print."

Tip #2 - Write down your License Code or Subscription Number - go to ID Vault Control Center - Info - View Subscription Information

 

Current Versions: v.3.4 (ID Vault hardware device), v.5.8 (Premier, Portable, Free Editions) - go to the ID Vault icon in your system tray and choose Support and Check For Updates to install the current version, or click on the update links below to download.
