Q.How do I edit my Username, Security and Account Settings?
A.
To Edit a stored account
  • Find the account in your Account List
  • Tap the ">" arrow to the right of the account name
  • Tap the "Edit" button in the upper-right hand corner
  • Tap the field you wish to edit
Tap Account Settings to enable or disable Password Protection or Single-Tap log-in.
Q.How do I access my ID Vault Settings, and what can I change?

A. From the Account List, tap the "Settings" icon on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen Your Settings options are:

  Home Page http://www.google.com This is where you select the default browser home page for ID Vault. You can change the default setting so that the browser will open to a different page when you add an account from the List View page or tap on the home icon on the browser toolbar.

Q.How do I change my PIN?
A.
From the Account List page, tap the "Settings," icon on the toolbar.
  • Tap "Change PIN"
  • Enter your Current PIN. You MUST know your current PIN in order to change it.
  • Enter the desired PIN in the "New" boxes.
  • Enter the desired PIN in the "Confirm" boxes.
Q.How do I change my Password?
A.
From the Account List page, tap the "Settings," icon on the toolbar.
  • Tap "Change Password"
  • Enter your Current Password.
  • Enter the desired Password in the "New" field.
  • Enter the desired Password in the "Confirm" field.
Q.What do I do if I've forgotten or lost my PIN or my Password?

A. If you forget your PIN you will need to delete and re-install ID Vault. None of your personal information - PIN, password or account information is stored outside of your device, so there is no way to recover it.

Q.How do I clear my cookies, temporary internet files, and browser settings?

A. From the Account List page, tap the "Settings" icon on the toolbar, then tap "Clear Web Data". A dialogue box will appear asking "Remove all cached data and web browser cookies?" Select "OK," to clear your browser history and reset the browser settings.

Q.How do I Clear my ID Vault (all stored account information)?

A. From the Account List page, tap the "Settings" icon on the toolbar, then tap the "clear all data" field. A dialogue box will appear asking "Are you sure you want to delete all of your data from ID Vault?" Select "OK," to clear all account information.
