If you are trying to add an account for a site which is not in the ID Vault list of trusted sites, or you can't find your financial institution in the list:

  1. Make sure that you are typing the name correctly - do not use abbreviations or acronyms, e.g. use "Washington Mutual," not "WaMu," and try entering the entire bank name, e.g. Washington Mutual Bank."
  2. Many banks use branches - make sure you select the correct branch for your bank, e.g. "Northstar Bank," and "Northstar Bank of Denton," are not the same bank.
  3. The site name needs to be typed correctly, e.g. "U.S. Bank," not "US Bank." The search engine does need to see the marks of punctuation.
  4. If you cannot find your site in the list - navigate to the site using your web browser, and you will be prompted to add the site at the log-on page.

Site Issue Report

Site addition requests must meet several criteria before a site is added to the list - the financial institution must be account - based, and an individual needs to be able to save money, withdraw money and transfer money, electronically, between the accounts.

If a site request is made we will not contact you with a decision to add or to not add a site to the list. If the site meets the criteria it will be added.

Shopping sites will not be added to the ID Vault list. The top sites are already included.
