Browser:

1. Internet Explorer 6 or later
2. Mozilla Firefox 3.5 or later

Operating System:

1. Windows XP with Service Pack 3 (SP3)
   Windows Vista (32/64 bit) with Service Pack 1 (SP1)
   Windows 7
   .net framework 3.0 or later
   C++ x86 redistributable
   Macintosh operating systems are not supported
   Windows XP/Vista on a Macintosh is untested and unsupported

Hardware:

1. 600 MHz or faster processor
   512 mb memory
   40 mb minimum storage memory
   USB port (USB version only)

As with any application, the quantity of RAM, speed of the processor and bus, and available hard drive space and speed of the hard drive are all determining factors in the performance. If your computer is totally reliant on the hard drive for use as virtual memory, overall performance will be slow. If there are a lot of temporary internet pages cached, performance will decrease. If there are a lot of applications set to start up automatically, this will slow down the computer boot an use available RAM.
