How do I change my PIN?

To change your Personal Identification Number (PIN):

1. Click on the ID icon in the system tray (the row of icons usually at the bottom of the computer screen);
2. Click on the "ID Vault Control Center," option;
3. Enter your existing PIN;
4. Click on Info in the left menu;
5. Click "Change Master PIN."

Your existing PIN will be blocked from view, and after clicking the "Change Master PIN" option, you will be prompted to enter your old PIN and to then create a new PIN. You cannot "back out" of this process. Once your PIN has been changed, the only way to change it back is to follow the same procedure and enter your "old" PIN as the "new" PIN.
