How do I get additional support?
Support for the Free Edition of the ID Vault software is done only through self-help at the www.idvault.com/support/freeedition page only. That page contains a link to the ID Vault FAQs (frequently asked questions) which include the compiled questions and answers for the ID Vault product and service. Customers who upgrade to the Premium Edition of the ID Vault can create support requests directly from the product, and can chat with support technicians as well.
