Why do I need to recreate accounts?
Periodically, it may be necessary for you to edit or delete, and then recreate one of the accounts stored in your ID Vault. This step may be necessary if a website has made a change to their sign in requirements, or to the fields on their sign in page.
We are constantly checking, and changing the ID Vault database to reflect these changes, and the updated database is released multiple times each week. You can ensure your ID Vault database is current by clicking on the ID icon, selecting Support then selecting "Check for Updates Now."
