If you are not able to add an account to the ID Vault, but can sign into the account using your web browser:
- Is the account Bank of America? If so, read the Help page, "I can't add Bank of America."
- If you are asked security questions, or need to identify a photo, or similar, the site you are visiting uses computer "cookies," and the cookie needs to be created correctly. Return to the Support page - go to the ID Vault Frequently Asked Questions and Answers and type in the keyboard: "cookie." If you are trying to create an account for ING Direct, type in "ING Direct."
- Try accessing another account stored in the ID Vault to ensure the software is functioning. If not, return to the Support page and read the Help article, "I can't access ID Vault." If the other accounts work -
- If you are trying to create the account from within the financial site itself, try adding it from the ID Vault list of trusted sites.
If you cannot add the account, click here to report the site issue. Please note any error messages you may have received, and describe exactly what occurred when trying to add the account.
