2. ING Direct - slow log-on - this is due to latency with the ING Direct log-on at the ING page. If you see the ING password page, and the green status bar at the bottom of the page, just wait - ING is just slow in loading your account page.

3. Error opening ID Vault? - run the Internet Connection diagnostic tool at the bottom of this page.

4. Bank of America questions? - see FAQs keyword: BofA.
