White Sky Names Pankaj Srivastava to Post of Senior VP Marketing

Security industry veteran to steer company to next growth stage

SAN MATEO, Calif. – September 22, 2009 – White Sky Inc., formerly Guard ID Systems, Inc., today named former McAfee marketing executive Pankaj Srivastava to the post of senior vice president of marketing. In this role, Srivastava will be driving product strategy and marketing initiatives to grow ID Vault adoption.

Srivastava brings to White Sky over 15 years experience in software, retail and ecommerce. He was vice president of customer acquisition and retention marketing at McAfee, Inc. where he helped grow the global consumer business to several hundred million dollars in sales in five years. Prior to McAfee, he was at BlueLight.com, where he led the development of a national customer loyalty program for Kmart and launched multiple consumer programs. Before that, he held senior management roles at several venture-backed companies where he helped build new businesses from the ground up.

Srivastava has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA.
