Guard ID Systems Changes Name To White Sky Inc., Moves To Larger Headquarters

New company name and expanded facilities reflect growing momentum for provider of online identity theft prevention solutions

SAN MATEO, Calif., December 15, 2008 – Guard ID Systems, Inc., the first company to offer consumers the security of enterprise-level two-factor authentication in an easy-to-use solution to prevent online identity theft and fraud, today announced that it is changing its company name to White Sky, Inc, effective December 16, 2008. In conjunction with the name change, the company also announced that it has relocated its headquarters to a larger location to accommodate the company’s expansion.

“We’ve experienced tremendous growth this past year, and our new name better conveys the breadth of our corporate vision and expansion into other lines of business,” said David Watkins, CEO of White Sky, Inc. “Our new name, ‘White Sky,’ is more appropriate as we expand our service offerings beyond consumer identity protection.”

The company’s new headquarters, located in San Mateo, CA, is nearly twice the size of its previous facility. The move to larger offices was necessary to accommodate the company’s growth.
